Role Expectations
• Training will be provided on speciϐic country Payroll (If taken on lateral)
• Will be considered for the role of CRM / Delivery.
• He / She would be handling clients
• Handling queries related to payroll, Income tax, statutory as etc.
• Ability to close the queries / deliverables within the TAT.
• If you are managing key accounts should be able to set deadlines with the payroll team for the deliverables as committed to the client.
• Ensure there is a clarity in receiving and sharing the input to clients & internally.
• Need to be eloquent in communication
