Sales – Manager
Role Overview
Our Sales team is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join us. This opportunity will be ideal for someone with 10 plus years of relevant experience in Sales / Marketing / BD of HCM and other related products and services.
To be considered for this position, you should have strong experience and in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
In summary, this role requires someone who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, lead generation, relationship building, negotiating and closing deals, and inspire others. The successful candidate should be able to act with a sharp mind, coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives as needed to create and maintain a high-performing sales force. Role Expectations
• Sell HR Services such as Payroll Services, HRMS, Compliance and HR Consulting services to organisations with a mid to large size employee count in the relevant region.
• Represent our company with a thorough understanding of our offerings
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them; generate leads; build and nurture client relationships.
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning; set sales goals, analyse performance data; and get the desired performance from self and team.
• Continuously develop personal leadership; conduct training to ensure the team is using effective sales tactics to meet the revenue objectives.
• Keep abreast of the industry trends, competition, and solutions.
• Be familiar with CRM tools and adhere to internal processes and policies.
• Achieve Sales Funnel by advancing leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve Conversion of the actual sales within a specified period.
• Achieve Average Deal Size of deals being pursued and closed, considering applicable factors such as customer headcount and cost of acquisition.
• Generate and track Target Account Mapping, Cross-sell opportunities, and Expanding footprint in new markets.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
• Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics
• Ensure that the sales efforts meet company quotas and standards
• Ensure daily updates on CRM tool, and manage month-end and year-end closure processes.
• Promote company’s products and services.
• Write business proposals and negotiate with relevant stakeholders.

• Willing to travel as the situation demands, driving license with a car preferred.
