AscentHR invites strategic in-country partners to join our Global Partner Program. This partnership framework is designed to drive market growth, deliver exceptional HR and payroll solutions, and foster long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

Each partnership is governed and supported through the following key elements.

Exceptional scenarios, if any, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and provisions for such will be included in the final Partnership Agreement.

Value-Added Partnership Opportunity
Partners have the opportunity to evolve into Value-Added Partners (VAPs) under this program. This model includes:
- Enablement through Technology and Operational Knowledge Transfer (KT)
- Capability building to develop in-house delivery competence
- Support to deliver services independently using AscentHR’s technology and frameworks
The terms for the VAP model will be customized and mutually agreed upon as and when applicable, and governed under a separate annexure of the Partnership Agreement.
Roles & Responsibilities
AscentHR Will Provide
- Global experience, domain expertise, and implementation best practices
- Proven products and services with procurement-friendly terms
- Sales enablement: demos, kits, whitepapers, use cases, and sales playbooks
- Pre-sales consultation and bid support
- Mature delivery framework with SLA assurance
- Full control of Hosting, Security, Data Protection, BCP/DR
- Competitive recognition and commission structure
In-Country Partner Will Be Responsible For
- Market development and local customer engagement
- Sales lifecycle ownership: from lead generation to closure
- Local compliance and logistics support
- Relationship management and delivery facilitation
Hosting, Security & Compliance
All technology solutions under this partnership will be hosted and secured by AscentHR. Key aspects include:
- Deployment in AscentHR’s managed cloud environments – AWS, Oracle Cloud (OIC), etc.
- Multi-country hosting options as per client regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for data protection, security, backup, BCP, and disaster recovery rests fully with AscentHR
- Alignment with global compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR equivalents)
This allows our partners to focus on market and customer engagement, without the burden of maintaining hosting or security infrastructure.
Revenue Model
Primary Revenue Streams Include:
- PEPM (Per Employee Per Month) pricing for SaaS and managed services
- One Time Implementation (10%–12% of annual subscription value)
- Support & Training (included in PEPM or billed separately when upgraded)
- Consulting Services (fixed fee, fixed scope, or T&M basis)
Partner Earnings:
In-country partners are eligible for up to 12% of the order book value, disbursed in phased tranches linked to revenue realization. In addition, 30% of the one-time fees.

The success of this partnership will be guided by a joint business plan that outlines:
- Market focus, goals, and success milestones
- Resource allocation - sales, delivery, and back-office
- Structured review and feedback cadence
- Operating rhythm across sales, onboarding, and support
