Begin Your Ascent
‘Begin your Ascent’ at AscentHR is an eight-week internship program structured to provide you valuable exposure to the corporate world. The program covers the following areas:
Domain
The program covers a range of areas, including payroll processing, compliance management, sales and marketing, material management in logistics, service delivery, and HR and staffing practices.
Projects
You will start by working with real-time data, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how client relationships rely on day-to-day efficiency and the meticulous attention to detail required.
Mentorship
Your mentors and guides explain the intricacies of daily operations, enabling you to connect your university learning with how these operations contribute to organisational goals.
Training
During the internship, you will get hands-on experience, where your actions bear real-world consequences. This helps define the 'how' and 'what' of every task, with immediate and tangible outcomes.
Applying for an Internship
We take in outgoing graduates from various faculties to give them a glimpse of the corporate world.
‘Begin your ascent’ is an internship program available only to cohorts of students. Applications are required to go through the representatives of the college/university. Interested universities and placement officers can contact us from their official email id or fill in the form.
