HRMS Implementation and Support – Senior Executive
Role Overview
Provides functional support in the areas of: HRMS systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing.
Experience: 4 – 7+ years in HRMS
Role Expectations
Implementation:
• Responsible for the full cycle implementation from understanding client business need, recommended solution of requirements, sign-off, delivery schedules, development team interaction and commitments, Internal UAT, Client UAT and delivery as per user requirements.
• Execute tasks assigned and periodically update on the status of execution.
• Work towards adhering and achieving project quality standards/goals
• Review performance status, update project progress status for internal and external stakeholder and enable teams to deliver.
• Proactively reports or escalate project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies to ensure timely mitigation steps.
• Track, analyse and report quantitative metrics for internal and Client stakeholder, manage month end and year end activities.
Support:
• The HRMS Support Specialist will be responsible for day to day support of the HRMS system.
• Troubleshoots HRMS software issues on a timely basis and provide a resolution within a TAT.
• Liaise with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of HRMS issues
• Assists in ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy.
• Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
• Create, maintain and support HR Actions interface with HRMS system
• Create, maintain and support Employee Self Service interface with HRMS system
• Facilitate data transfers and maintain interfaces between HRMS and other systems and processes
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of all client and employee information
• Train systems and end users on new processes/functionality of all HR software to include: Recruiter, HR Actions and Employee Self‐Serve
• Assist with Inputting, updating, analysing and maintaining accurate data for all new hires, transfers, terminations, pay location changes, salary changes, address changes, etc. to meet department needs
• Serve as back up for Human Resources staff as needed
• Explore new ways of improving workflow and efficiency of job tasks.
• MIS -Maintenance of Day to day Support Tracking in daily Tracker, 100% on Audit Conformity, Process flow checklist adherence, Customer Satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned.
