Role Expectations
• Good Knowledge in PF PT ESI & LWF challan generation and also good knowledge in Excel.
• Reconciliations
• Notice & Inspections.
• Handling multiple clients Primarily to handle PF queries.
• Calculation of Employee Provident fund for multiple clients with over 1000 employees Calculations of Employee State Insurance act for multiple clients.
• Handling Professional Tax, Gratuity etc
Responsibilities
• Handling QC.
• Preparation of Statutory reports which includes PF monthly/Annual Return, PT Monthly/Annual return & Employees Info queries answering within 24 hrs. with their requirements
• Variance analysis & review
