Role Expectations

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

• Support and assist the Team.

• Investigate and resolve complex client issues.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Experience

• 10 – 15 years

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

• Understand client needs and provide personalized support.

• Communicate updates, changes, and compliance-related information to clients.

• Stay updated with payroll regulations, laws, and industry practices.

• Ensure client statutory compliance with payroll regulations,  and benefits administration.

• Assist clients in implementing necessary compliance measures.

• Assist the Team Lead of customer service representatives.

• Provide guidance and support to team members.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance compliance and customer service skills.

• Investigate and resolve complex client issues related to compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts.

• Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.

• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in compliance-related activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the client experience and compliance practices.
