• Responsible for all aspects of year end procedures
• Migration of New Client with end to end implementation
• Additional Initiatives Conducting Interviews for selection of Payroll Trainee. The job profile typically includes Processing Payroll / Reimbursement Full & Final Settlement through a Web
• Daily Activities ensuring all email queries are responded on a daily basis. Updating the Day to Day activities y report to the Management
• Monthly Activities Deliverables agreed as per the timeline
• Quarterly Activities Verifying and filing of ETDS returns
• Half Yearly Activities Verifying and filing of ESIC returns
• Year End Activities, preparation of Form 3A and Form 6A. PT annual returns and Form 16 for salaried employees
• Coordinating with the client to fix up an meeting with employees for a help desk session
• Training for New Team Members – Payroll and Statutory domain
• Attend Client Meetings
• Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management
• Manage team and attrition

Education & Experience
Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant field or equivalent experience of 6 or more years.
