Responsibilities
• Help creating strategies and identifying opportunities for the partnership and program to drive growth of Company’s Staffing business
• Work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal to drive value through partnerships and visibility of BD activities
• Develop a partner strategy and evaluate potential partners who can help further Company’s efforts to develop the and grow an efficient Staffing business
• Manage deal execution, drive implementation of integration(s) and manage partner relationships once deal is signed
• Developing Sales Strategy for Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Conduct Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence of the Staffing business vertical and recommend a road map for growth in clients, number of staffing opportunities, sectors, target revenue and number of people to be staffed
• Report & track Performance of the growth in Staffing business revenues, sectoral and location reach
• Being a high-end Individual contributor role with a clear focus on hunting new logos and farming existing relationships in both tech and non-tech staffing space in the Indian market
• Build and grow partnerships with Management associations, Industry bodies and Sectoral communities and leverage such connects towards business outcomes
• Build and grow relationships with Academic institutions and position well trained and employable talent availability to potential clients
• Responsible for business vertical revenue growth along with the Delivery partner of the India Staffing vertical.
• Demonstrate drive to succeed and build long-term client relationships, design and articulate a value proposition for our clients
Experience
• 8 – 12 years in staffing of which atleast 5 years in Staffing Sales

• Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset
• Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners
• CXO level collaboration and stakeholder engagement

• Exceptional, verbal and written communication and ability to make impactful presentations
