Responsibilities
• Client interface.
• Will support the seniors in meeting with the clients.
• Handling queries.
• Maintaining the registrations.
• Preparing all statutory documents according to CLRA Act.
• Attending Statutory Audit at Client place.
• Handling PF and ESI issues.
• Handling CLRA License, Renewal and Registration.
• Handled Labor Inspections, Replying for Labor Notices which is come from Labor Dept.
• Coordination with EPFO, ESIC and other lab our departments for submission of statutory documents.
• Communicating latest Lab our legislation amendment/notifications to the client and execution of the same with approval from client management.
• Filing of LWF returns and payment.
