The Government of West Bengal, vide notification no. 40/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC, dated 4th December 2024, has revised the minimum wages payable to employees working in various Scheduled Employments. Hence, the minimum wages payable to employees working in Shops and Establishments in West Bengal, effective from 1st January 2025 to 30th June 2025, shall be as follows:
