Submission of ER-II return as on 30th Sept 2025

The Employment Department of Haryana, through letter No. EMI/ER-II/2025/1514, dated 18th December 2025, has directed all employers in Haryana to file a biannual return in Form ER-II. This return should be based on the information provided in the quarterly return (ER-I) as of 30th September 2025, in accordance with The Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959.
The biannual return is a mandatory occupational return that must be submitted by employers who have 25 or more employees to the local Employment Exchange every two years.
This return is required to be submitted through the hrex.gov.in portal by 31st December 2025.
