The Government of West Bengal, vide notification no. 07/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC, dated 9th January 2026, has revised the minimum wages payable to employees working in various Scheduled Employments in the state. Hence, the minimum wages payable to employees working in Shops and Establishments in West Bengal, effective from 1st January 2026, shall be as follows:
