The Government of Tamil Nadu, vide notification No. Z3/3459/2026, dated 18th February 2026, has revised the Dearness Allowance (DA) applicable to employees engaged in various scheduled employment within the state, effective from 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2027.
The monthly DA for employees in Shops and Commercial Establishments has been revised to Rs. 7353/- starting from 1st April 2026.
