Proof of Aadhaar or Aadhaar authentication is mandatory for availing benefits under various labour welfare schemes

The Government of Chhattisgarh, vide notification No. F10-6/2022/16, dated 30^th June 2023, made possession of Aadhaar or Aadhaar authentication mandatory for registration and availing benefits under various labour welfare schemes. The schemes include schemes under Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2008, Chhattisgarh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1982, and the schemes conducted under the Chhattisgarh Unorganized Workers State Social Security Board, among others.
