The Government of Puducherry and the Department of Labour, vide circular no. 2130/LAB/AIL/G/2024/, dated 16th April 2024, has directed all occupiers, employers, construction companies, and industries to adopt certain precautionary measures to mitigate the adverse effects of extreme hot weather.
