Minimum wages effective from July 2025

The Government of Maharashtra, vide notification no. RuralDevelopment/MWRules/Special allowance/2025(2)/office-10/8008, dated 4thAugust 2025, has released the details of minimum wages applicable to employees working in Shops and Commercial Establishments in the state, effective from 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2025. The key highlight of the notification is that there is no revision in special allowance, and the same rates that were effective from January 2025 shall continue.
