Guidelines for payment of Bonus – 2022-23

The Government of West Bengal, Department of Labour, vide notification No. Labr/853/ (LC-IR)/22013/56/2019, dated 15^th September, 2023, has appealed to all employers and employees of the State covered under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, to stick to certain guidelines while processing the statutory Bonus for the FY 2022-2023.

As per the directions given in the notification, all payments of bonus should be completed by 6^thOctober, 2023, that is before the commencement of Durga Puja, 2023.
