Extension of due date for filing Professional Tax returns

The Government of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 43/CT/PRO, dated 31^st May 2024, has further extended the last date for filing of return in Form III, under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, for the year ending on 31^st March 2024. The extended date is 15^th June 2024 for electronic filing, and 30^th June 2024 for furnishing the return in paper form.
