Enforcement of ESI provisions in some districts

The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1384(E), dated 26^th March 2025, has decided to implement certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in all areas of the districts of Ambedkar Nagar, Auraiya, Bahraich, Gonda, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Kannauj, Maharajganj, Mahoba, Pilibhit, Siddharthnagar, Shamli, Pratapgarh, Kasganj, and Shravasti in the state of Uttar Pradesh, effective from 1^st April 2025.
