The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1384(E), dated 26th March 2025, has decided to implement certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in all areas of the districts of Ambedkar Nagar, Auraiya, Bahraich, Gonda, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Kannauj, Maharajganj, Mahoba, Pilibhit, Siddharthnagar, Shamli, Pratapgarh, Kasganj, and Shravasti in the state of Uttar Pradesh, effective from 1st April 2025.
