Draft on Code on Wages (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026

The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide notification No. G.O.Rt.No.39, dated 13th February 2026, has released the draft of the Code on Wages (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026.
The aforementioned draft will be reviewed after a duration of forty-five (45) days from the date of its publication. Any objections and suggestions should be directed to the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada via the dedicated web portal of the Labour Department, which is “https://labour.ap.gov.in/” and can also be emailed to: aplabourcodes2026@gmail.com.
Objections and suggestions received from any individual or organisation regarding the said notification prior to the expiration of the specified period will be taken into consideration by the State Government.
