The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide notification no. G.O.Rt.No.43, dated 23rd February 2026, has released the draft of the Code on Social Security (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026.
The aforementioned draft notification will be reviewed after a duration of forty-five (45) days from the date of its publication. Any objections and suggestions should be directed to the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada via the dedicated web portal of the Labour Department at “https://labour.ap.gov.in/”. Additionally, they may be emailed to: aplabourcodes2026@gmail.com or submitted in person at the Office of the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, located at Papaiah Street, Seetharampuram, Vijayawada-520010. Objections and suggestions received from any individual or organisation regarding the draft rule, prior to the expiration of the specified period, will be taken into account by the State Government.
