Draft of Code on Social Security (Karnataka) Rules, 2026

The Government of Karnataka, vide notification no. LD 285 LET 2021, dated 29th January 2026, has published the draft of the Code on Social Security (Karnataka) Rules, 2026. The said draft will be taken into consideration after a period of forty-five days from the date of its publication.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the period specified will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary to the Government, Labour Department, Vikasa Soudha, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru.
