Directions to constitute an Internal Committee under the POSH Act

The Government of Tripura, the Labour Officer of Gomati District, vide circular no. F.3(16)-DLO/GMT/ENF/MISC/2025/821, dated 24th September 2025, has issued directions to all employers in the district to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, at their respective workplaces and to provide the details of the same to the labour office in the format appended to the said circular. The department also directed all employers to register the Internal Committee in the SHe-Box portal.
