Checklist for filing the annual report under the POSH Act, 2013

In accordance with section 21 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibitions and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Committee established under this Act is required to present an annual report to both the employer and the district officer.

Following this provision of the legislation, the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram has issued a detailed Checklist for submitting the annual return as mandated by the aforementioned Act for the calendar year 2025.

Although a specific deadline for filing the return has not been stipulated, it is advisable to submit the return by January 31, 2026.
