Role Expectations

• Create Test for Web services Rest API Create Test Environment for Web services testing.
• Involve in functional specification documents to develop test cases and test scenarios.
• Define strategy, processes, check points, exit criteria and metrics to raise the quality standards in a fast paced environment
• Approach Quality assurance of the technical platform and Products built on it with an outside in approach to strengthen the perspective of the customer using our solutions
• Ensure an effective automation strategy for automation of regression packs for every completed sprint to support CI/CD pipelines
• Share Test metrics and Intuitive analytics with Senior Management and key stakeholders
in the organization
• Monitor the User Acceptance testing of delivered software during implementation and gather feedback to improve existing testing processes to enhance customer experience with our products
• Define and implement processes for managing Security and Performance testing of our products
• Participation in reviews and status meetings. Prepare the Status Reports like Daily and Weekly. 

Mandatory Skills

• Around 8+ years of experience STLC Knowledge Experience in Automation testing using tools like Jmeter, selenium etc.
• Java Knowledge for writing test using Junit. Knowledge in various testing methods like Regression and Functional testing.
• Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining a high performing QA team
• Good Knowledge on Java Programming, Python, Java scripting & Linux fundamentals
• Experience with Database like SQL Database like MySQL, Oracle
• Experience with DEVOPS technologies such as Jenkins, Ansible for continuous integration and scripting.
• Experience in Integration/System/Regression Testing/End to End testing
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, able to track multiple test executions simultaneously and are able to synthesize the results.
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.

Education & Experience

B.Tech or BE / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant ϐield or equivalent experience of 5+ or more years minimum experience.
