Role Expectations

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
• House Keeping.
• Handling postage & courier.
• Responsible for payment of Telephone, KEB & Cell phone bills and liasoning with all these
departments.
• Arranging ID cards to the employees.
• In charge of printing of visiting cards, Letter heads & Company brochures.
• Maintaining the leave records and other statutory records

VENDOR AND CONTRACT MANGAGEMENT:
• Vendor Selection
• Ensuring cost reduction without compromising quality
• Doing negotiations, finding new sources, making cost reduction plan

OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR:
• Exterior Maintenance
• Supervision of UPS, EPABX, office Machines, pest control, Carpentry, interior decorations
• Handling of Annual Maintenance contracts related to Hardware, EPABX, FAX, UPS, Electrical

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT:
• Arranging Hotel accommodation for guests & employees.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant field or equivalent experience of 2 or more years.

• 2-5 years experience
