Uttar Pradesh Minimum Wages Revision (Corrected) – 280325

On 27^th March 2025, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide notification no. 2111-18 Enforcement-(MW)/15, had published the rates of minimum wages payable to employees working in 74 scheduled employments, including Shops and Commercial Establishments in the state, effective from 1^st April 2025 to 30^th September 2025. Ascent HR had circulated the same on 28^th March 2025.

However, due to some calculation error in the notification, the UP Government has withdrawn the above notification and published the new rates of minimum wages, vide revised notification no. 2128-35 Enforcement-(MW)/15, dated 28^th March 2025. Hence, the revised minimum wages payable to employees working in 74 scheduled employments, including Shops and Commercial Establishments in the state, effective from 1^st April 2025 to 30^th September 2025 shall be as follows:
