The Government of Telangana, vide a press note, has revised the CPI numbers applicable to Industrial Workers, which has led to a revision in Variable Dearness Allowances (VDA) payable to various scheduled employments notified under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, in the state.
Hence, the minimum wages payable to the employees working in Shops and Establishments in Telangana, effective from 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025, shall be as follows:
