The Government of Kerala, vide notification no. DES/1129/2025-P3(1), dated 10th December 2025, has updated the Consumer Price Index Numbers applicable to industrial workers for October 2025. Consequently, this has resulted in a revision of VDA payable to employees in shops and commercial establishments in Kerala, effective from 1st October 2025.
