Previously, the Government of Karnataka, vide notification no. LD 2019 LET 2023, dated 16th October 2024, had published a draft notification on revising fee structures under various labour enactments. AscentHR had circulated an alert on the same on 29th October 2024.
Accordingly, now, the Government of Karnataka has implemented the revised fee structure under certain labour enactments, effective from 1st January 2025.
