Revision in rates of Labour Welfare Fund contributions

The Government of Karnataka, vide notification no. DPAL 60 SHASANA 2024, dated 10th January 2025, has amended the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, primarily to revise the periodical contribution rate payable by the employee, employer and the State Government to the Karnataka Labour Welfare Board.
Hence, the new rate of contribution payable to the Board for the year 2025, i.e., to take effect in December 2025, shall be as follows:
