Proforma for updation/correction of registered email ID & PAN in the Labour Welfare Board

The Delhi Labour Welfare Board, vide circular dated 6th December 2024, has issued a proforma application for updating or correcting the registered email ID and PAN number of the employer on its online portal. The request for updating/correcting information should also be supported by the following documents:
- Aadhaar Card/PAN Card of the Employer
- PAN of the Establishment
- Certificate of incorporation
- Registration Certificate obtained under the Shops and Establishments Act or Factories Act
- GST Certificate
