The Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram-cum-District Officer, under the POSH Act, 2013, vide circular dated 20th December, 2023, has issued a comprehensive checklist under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The checklist should be strictly adhered to while filing the annual report under the said enactment in Gurugram.
