Online filing of ER-I returns

The Government of Puducherry has enabled an online facility for filing quarterly returns (ER-I) under The Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959. The State Government, vide notification no. 619/EE/EMI/2024, dated 9^th August 2024, has requested all employers in the private and public sectors to furnish the said return online, starting from the third quarter, i.e., July to September 2024.
