Online facility to submit the notice of change under the Shops and Establishments Rules

The Labour Department, Government of Andaman and Nicobar, has released a press note regarding the introduction of an online facility for the submission of Form “C” under the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Shops and Establishments Regulations, 2004 and Rules, 2005.
Form “C” (notice of change) has to be submitted by the employer to the Labour Department if there is any change in respect of any particulars furnished while registering the shop or the establishment. This should be submitted within 15 days of such change.
