The Government of Kerala vide notification No.DES/1129/2025-P3(1), dated 14th November 2025, has updated the Consumer Price Index Numbers applicable to industrial workers for September 2025. Consequently, this has resulted in a revision of the VDA payable to employees in shops and commercial establishments in Kerala, effective from 1st September 2025.
