MCA Extends Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme (CCFS-2026)

The Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026), introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has been further extended from 31st August 2026 to 15th September 2026, in response to representations received from various stakeholders.
The scheme was launched to provide companies with an opportunity to complete pending statutory filings and improve compliance. Initially valid until 15th July 2026, it was first extended to 31st August 2026, and has now been granted a further extension. All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. The extension has been notified through General Circular No. 04/2026, dated 31st August 2026.
