The Office of the Secretary-Cum-Commissioner (Labour), Government of NCT of Delhi, vide circular no. LAB-LO11/5/2025-Addl.LC-II-Labour Department/3616, dated 14th October 2025, has alerted concerning the circulation of a fraudulent Minimum Wage Dearness Allowance revision order, bearing no. F.No(143)/02/MW/VII/Partfile/212-261, dated 13th October 2025.
The department has made it clear that the Government of NCT of Delhi has not yet released any order regarding the revision of Dearness Allowance in Minimum Wage for the period commencing from 1st October 2025.
Therefore, we kindly request that you disregard the alert circulated by AscentHR on 14th October 2025, regarding the revision of minimum wages in Delhi.
