The Government of Kerala, vide notification no. G.O.(P)No.1/2025/LBR, dated 4th January 2025, has amended the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957. The primary objective of the amendment is to revise the fee structure for registration and grant of licenses for factories and renewal of licenses prescribed in the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957.
