Extension of due date for filing Professional Tax returns

The Government of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 40/CT/PRO, dated 14th May 2024, has extended the last date for filing the returns electronically in Form III, under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, to 31st May 2024. The last date for furnishing the returns in paper form has been extended to 15th June 2024.
