Extension of due date for filing Professional Tax return

The Government of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 87 CT/PRO, dated 30^th May, 2023, has extended the last date for filing return in Form- III under West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, for the year ending on 31^st March, 2023.

The last date for filing return electronically is 15^th June, 2023, and last date for furnishing paper form is 22^nd June, 2023.
