Enforcement of ESI provisions in Hingoli and Nandurbar

The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1945(E), dated 30^th April 2025, has enforced certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in the areas of Hingoli and Nandurbar districts in the state of Maharashtra, effective from 1^stMay 2025.
