The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1716(E), dated 15th April 2025, has decided to implement certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in all the areas of the districts of Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung, Chumukedima, Niuland, Tseminyu, Wokha, and Zunheboto, in the State of Nagaland, effective from 1st May 2025.
