Enforcement of ESI provisions in a few districts

The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1716(E), dated 15^th April 2025, has decided to implement certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in all the areas of the districts of Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung, Chumukedima, Niuland, Tseminyu, Wokha, and Zunheboto, in the State of Nagaland, effective from 1^st May 2025.
