Employment of women during the night shift in Factories

The Government of Tripura, vide notification no. F.17(121)-FB/AM(Vol-II)/2007/117-125, dated 22nd April 2025, has prohibited employment of women between 10 PM to 5 AM in Factories. Women may be employed beyond 7 PM, subject to certain conditions stipulated in the notification.
