Election holiday notification from the Department of Labour

The General Election to the Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi is scheduled to be held on 5th February 2025 (Wednesday).
In furtherance to the earlier notification released by the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, dated 8th January 2025, regarding granting of a paid holiday on the polling day to all employees who have the right to vote for the said election, the office of the Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Labour), Government of NCT of Delhi, has released a notification directing all employers in the NCT of Delhi to grant a holiday to the eligible employees accordingly.
