The Government of Mizoram, vide notification no. H.11014/9/2017-GAD/Pt, dated 23rd January 2025, has declared a public holiday within Aizawl Municipality and Lunglei Municipality of Mizoram on 12th February 2025 under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, on account of the General Elections to local councils, 2025.
