Draft on the Delhi Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Rules, 2025

In light of the enforcement of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, which takes effect on 21st November 2025, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification dated 3rd December 2025, publishing the Draft on the Delhi Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2025.

The draft rules will be considered after a period of forty-five days from the date of the notification’s publication (3rd December 2025). Any objections and suggestions may be submitted via email to: ciflab.delhi@nic.in, or sent to the following address:
The Labour Department, C Block, 5, Sham Nath Marg, Delhi – 110054.

Objections and suggestions should be submitted in a Performa that includes:

• Column (i) indicating the name and address of the individual or organisation

• Column (ii) indicating the rule or sub-rule that is suggested for modification

• Column (iii) indicating the proposed revised rule and sub-rule, along with the reasons for the changes.
