Draft on Rajasthan Code on Social Security Rules, 2026

The Government of Rajasthan, vide notification no. S.O.151, dated 13th January 2026, has published the draft on the Rajasthan Code on Social Security Rules, 2026. The said draft rules will be taken into consideration after a period of forty-five days from the date of its publication.
Objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Labour Commissioner, ShramBhawan, Shanti Nagar, Hasanpura, Jaipur-302006 or emailed to lab-comm-rj@nic.in
The objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period specified above, may be considered by the State Government.
